U.S. SHIPPING DETAILS

Processing Time
Your order will typically ship within 1–2 business days from the date of order placement. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders with a subtotal over $150 (after tax and discounts).

Please Note
During sale periods and the holiday season, additional shipping time may be required. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

RETURN POLICY

We appreciate your support of Kerisma and hope you love your purchase. If you need to make a return, our policy is outlined below. If you have any questions, please contact us at hello@shopkerisma.com.

Return Period
You have 21 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund.

Condition for Returns
Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all labels and packaging intact.

Return Label
When you request a return, we will provide a prepaid return label. A flat-rate fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund.

Processing Time
Returns are processed within 1–3 business days from the day we receive the returned merchandise.

Exchanges
For exchanges, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired size or color once you have received your refund.

Please Note

  • Signature Styles are excluded from all sale events and promotions.

  • Items purchased during sale events or marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Store credit expires one year from the date of issuance.

  • Refunds are issued using the original form of payment.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Kerisma is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you cannot locate your package, please contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at hello@shopkerisma.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item.
