U.S. Shipping Details 

Processing Time:

  • Your order will typically ship within 1-2 business days from the order placement date.
  • Orders made over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Free Standard Shipping:

  • We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders with a subtotal over $150 (after tax & discounts).

Please Note:

  • During sale periods and the holiday season, additional shipping time may be required.
  • Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping Details

Available Countries:

  • Available in Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
  • Choose your currency on our website.

Please Note: 

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
  • All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties. We ship packages DDU, "Delivery Duty Unpaid," which means customers must pay all fees and taxes upon delivery.

Return Policy

Return Period:

  • You have 21 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund. 

Condition for Returns:

  • Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all labels and packaging intact.

Return Label:

  • When you request a return, we'll provide you with a prepaid return label, and a flat-rate fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund amount.

Processing Time:

  • 1 - 3 Business Days from the day we receive the return merchandise.


  • Please understand that for exchanges, you'll need to follow our return process and place a new order for the desired size or color once you've received your refund.

Please Note: 

  • All sale items and purchases made during a sale event are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Store credit expires one year from the date of issuance.
  • Gift card purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Refunds are issued using the original form of payment.

International Returns & Exchanges Policy:

  • At this time, we are unable to process returns for international orders. However, if you receive a damaged item, we will be happy to issue a credit memo.
