Shipping & Returns

Holiday Shipping

  • Christmas Delivery: To guarantee delivery by Christmas, please place orders by December 15.
  • Response Times: During the holiday season, we’re receiving a high volume of inquiries. Please allow 24–48 hours for a response during regular business days. Our office is closed on weekends.
  • Office Holiday Closure: Our team will be out of the office from December 23 to January 5.

Sales Events & Promotions Exclusions:

Our Signature Styles, are excluded from all sale events and promotions.

U.S. Shipping Details 

Processing Time:

  • Your order will typically ship within 1-2 business days from the order placement date.
  • Orders made over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Free Standard Shipping:

  • We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders with a subtotal over $150 (after tax & discounts).

Please Note:

  • During sale periods and the holiday season, additional shipping time may be required.
  • Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


Return Policy

We appreciate your support of Kerisma, and we hope you love your Kerisma product. However, we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. Our aim is to make this process easy and stress-free. If you have any questions about our return/exchange policy or need assistance, please contact us at hello@shopkerisma.com.

Return Period:

  • You have 21 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund. 

Condition for Returns:

  • Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all labels and packaging intact.

Return Label:

  • When you request a return, we'll provide you with a prepaid return label, and a flat-rate fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund amount.

Processing Time:

  • 1 - 3 Business Days from the day we receive the return merchandise.

Exchanges:

  • Please understand that for exchanges, you'll need to follow our return process and place a new order for the desired size or color once you've received your refund.

Please Note: 

  • Store credit expires one year from the date of issuance.
  • Gift card purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Refunds are issued using the original form of payment.
