Marketing Specialist (PT)
In this position, you will be responsible for all social media outlets from ideation, to content creation, implementation, management, and reporting. Swift ability to create compelling multi-platform social strategies to increase public awareness and engagement, as well as sales is essential. Act as primary liaison between affiliate agencies, publishers, and public figures to drive traffic and revenue. Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns.
-2 to 5 years experience with digital marketing channels including social media and affiliate networks, proven ability to significantly drive engagement and conversation
-Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business, or relevant work experience.
-Thorough understanding of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social and aggregator platforms and viral mechanics
-Strong analytical capability with experience in forecasting and web analytics
-Creative thinker who can understand and express the KERISMA brand
-Proven analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data to back up assumptions and develop business
-Knowledge in web analytical tools: Google, CoreMetrics, Omniture, etc.
-Strong communication skills, both written and oral (speaking, listening, interpretation)
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written) and team player
-High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
-Familiarity with affiliate programs, blogger outreach, etc.
-Provide feedback to creative team to influence future brand direction that will increase sales
-Responsible for providing timely reporting and analytical understanding of campaign results
-Identify relevant emerging platforms
-Photography/Content Creation skills a plus
This position is for part-time with min. 3-4 days a week.
