Personal and Administrative Assistant  

 

Energetic, goal-driven personal assistant needed to work with the Co-Owner/Creative Director of KERISMA. This is a great opportunity for an individual with exceptional organizational and project management skills with a positive, professional demeanor. As this role requires both personal and administrative projects, you must be reliable, trustworthy, and discrete, exhibiting sound judgment and the highest level of integrity at all times.

 

Requirements:

 

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)

-Ability to communicate Creative Director’s needs and wishes to the rest of the creative team

-Strong independent work ethic, ability to take direction and follow through on projects

-EXTREME organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail

-Responsible for maintaining personal and work calendars

-Booking and making travel arrangements

-Excellent time management skills

-Ability to prioritize needs and focus on projects accordingly

-Event planning and coordination (some decorating as needed)

-Valid driver’s license and insurance, having your own vehicle a plus but not required

-Maintain office stocked up with kitchen and office supplies, reorder when needed

-Perform other related duties as required by management

-Must be comfortable (& eager!) wearing many hats

-Some travel may be necessary

 

This position is for part-time, 3-4 days a week.
